Free
ElipServices Offer
Forval International will offer free ElipServices to any business
destroyed by the wildfires in Southern California in October 2007.
The business premises must have been used solely as a place of
business and destroyed directly by one of the fires in Los Angeles
County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, or San Diego County.
Business size must not exceed 50 employees at the location damaged;
the service suite is not designed for larger businesses. Offer is
limited to one physical location per business.
Forval will pay for both the setup fee and monthly service fee for the first 100 qualified applicants. Any qualified application after the first 100 will be entitled to free monthly service, but will have to pay the normal setup fee ranging from $250.00-$500.00. Offer includes an allocation of 30GB of backup space, any backup space beyond 30GB will be billed at our normal contract rate. Qualified applicants must apply by December 31st 2007 to receive the Free ElipServices Offer.
Any business receiving the free ElipServices (Recipient) will be required to sign an ElipServices contract. Recipient will be required to return ElipServices hardware provided by Forval in the event they discontinue business operations.
Free monthly service will terminate on November 1st 2008 for all Recipients. After the end of the free service period, Recipients shall have the option of terminating service and returning all hardware or continuing service at our normal monthly rate.
Fire Relief
Donation
Forval shall donate 5% of gross receipts from all monthly
ElipServices fees collected between October 26th 2007 and December
31st 2007. Forval will make a donation to a charitable organization
that will allocate money to those affected by the California
wildfires.
